Usage of Blattistics is restricted to individuals who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are not of the age of majority, Blattistics does not grant you access to its services.

Licensed Uses and Restrictions

Hereafter usage of data presented on Blattistics.com and products purchased from Blattistics are subject to the same restrictions on usage (known henceforth as "Service"). Blattistics is a distributor of investment information. This Service is intended to be used for informational purposes only. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the end user, acknowledges that:

-Blattistics does not recommend the purchase or sale of a particular security, financial product or other investment product.
-Investing is an inherently risky activity. This Service provides information on the past and present performance and valuation of securities and financial products. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT NECESITATE FUTURE RESULTS.
-BLATTISTICS RELINQUISHES ALL LIABILITY BASED ON INVESTMENT DECISIONS DERIVED FROM CONTENT PROVIDED BY THIS SERVICE.
-THE END USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS BLATTISTICS, its affiliates, any of their agents, employees, or content providers from any and all claims and damages (including preparing attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from any alleged claim derived from your usage of these Services. If you are discontented with this Service or with any part of the terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using this Service.

The end user also acknowledges the following:

- Blattistics relinquishes all liability for damages if the claim involves an error on the part of the end user in filling out the order form. BLATTISTICS WILL NOT CORRECT ORDERS WHERE THE END USER MADE AN ERROR IN FORM SUBMISSION. Blattistics recommends that the end user consult the "Check" button, when applicable, before placing an order.
-Blattistics relinquishes all liability for partially filled orders. Partially filled orders can be defined as orders in which the end user has completed the PayPal payment process, but in which the "Thank You" webpage does not load. Blattistics rescinds any claim of delivery before a previously promised deadline in this case. IF YOU, THE END USER, BELIEVE YOU SUBMITTED A PARTIALLY FILLED ORDER YOU ARE ADVISED TO USE THE "CONTACT US" PAGE AND SUGGEST THAT THE ORDER BE FINALIZED. This must be done within three business days of the original submission. If you did indeed, complete the payment wizard, Blattistics will resubmit the request and you will receive the order requested within five business days of the request. In this case, Blattistics does not guarantee that the original time codes will be used in creating the requested product. BLATTISTICS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A RESUBMISSION IF THE PRICE WAS UNDER $25.
-The end user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Blattistics or any of its data providers for INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR INCOMPATIBLE FORMATTING IN DATA presented in any of the services provided by Blattistics. While Blattistics promises to make a good faith effort toward ensuring the statistical accuracy of its services, it cannot guarantee that its services are free of flaws. The end user acknowledges that Blattistics is not the direct provider of the content used to derive its services. Should any content provider for Blattistics alter its means of displaying content or revoke its access to Blattistics, Blattistics will temporarily rescind access to services previously provided. In this case, Blattistics relinquishes all implied warranties.
-Blattistics relinquishes all implied warranties and liability in delivery of services ordered which result from any circumstances beyond Blattistics' control, including without limitation, e-mail system breakage or blockage, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God, or acts of any government or agency.
-Blattistics will attempt to refund any payments via PayPal for orders which were not successfully placed in the case of an e-mail system breakage or blockage or other extenuating circumstance. It is the prerogative of the end user to request such a refund via the "Contact Us" Page.

The end user agrees not to resell or voluntarily distribute Services purchased from Blattistics without the express written consent of Blattistics. If the purchaser procures Services from Blattistics as an employee of a corporation, the purchaser may distribute the service internally at no additional cost.

Blattistics is not affiliated with any corporation mentioned on this site, including but not limited to Yahoo!, Google, Microsoft, NASDAQ, and the NYSE. Blattistics is pleased to use PayPal as a provider of payment services, but is in no other way affiliated with PayPal. Blattistics is not liable for any claims of damages while using PayPal in connection with services from Blattistics. Blattistics advises users to review PayPal's terms of use before making any purchase.
